Brutally frank BK Srinivas producer in his recently released book ‘Nambikeye Jeevana’ writes - he paid some money to pass SSLC examinations. That was the early stage of his life. Later he worked for Rs.60 and selling milk he reached the top.
Who is this BK Srinivas the producer of one and only film ‘Mandakani’ that was washout in the box office. He believed the director Ramesh Surve and everything crashed for him despite of his close friends telling him not to make a film.
With censor giving problems and later audience not coming to the theatre brought some realization in Srinivas. He is BK Srinivas – Bediddu Koduva Srinivas is what told by those who got from him something.
The life sketch of BKS ‘Nambikeye Jeevana’ was released by Sa Shi Marulayya recently at Yavanica auditorium. Bhoomi Vyavaharadinda Barahakke Bandha Srinivas got appreciation from Dr Baraguru Ramachandrappa. I have made some changes in his writings and his interest needs applaud said Baraguru.
Sa Shi Marulayya was stunned at the packed attendance. For book release normally four persons will be there. In this case the attendance is so good. Prof Baraguru has stood behind his writings means it will be having valuable contents said Marulayya.
BK Srinivas known for talking did not come near the mike. He only welcomed the guests for his maiden book.
